Sometimes i live in the real world. Sometimes, i go to a concert with a friend and come home to a sink full of dishes. I’m too tired to do them before bed, they pile up, and then there’s the mother load of all dishes. Not to worry, put on my podcast and get scrubbing. The air gets calm as I focus on the moment I’m in.
